The same pavilion will house examples of the major changes Mass Media underwent through  the 80s. Changes in print communication and periodic press, radio and TV, marked a power transition from state monopoly to private business interests and marketing methods. The rise of tabloids, the introduction of color and the high definition image quality are some of the many aspects on show in this section alongside the new political economy of mass media and  the resistance it faced.

Research Assistants: Erasmia Tsipou, Afroditi Xenidou, Ellie Vazou
